Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for operating hydrovac truck and its related equipment, hoses, holding vacuum and water lines.
• Responsible for customer interaction to ensure customer satisfaction; is primary point of contact for customer.
• Responsible to ensure general clean-up of job sites.
• Completes all work assignments in compliance with company and customer procedures, requirements and policies.
• Ability to verify utility locations.
• Ability to manage water and vacuum pressure while working with company equipment.
• Safety-first mindset is necessary.
• Must have the ability to stand for long periods of time and be able to regularly lift at least 50 lbs.
• Manage truck maintenance, safety equipment and tools.
• Successful and efficient completion of hydro excavation projects including: pot holing for utility line exposure, debris removal, trenching, and excavations.

Required Skills:

• Strong customer service understanding and ability.
• Experience maintaining trucks and heavy equipment including pump systems.
• Need the ability to learn. Our Equipment has some unique moving parts that make it an exceptional tool.
• Ability to work safely and in accordance with company and customer procedures, requirements and policies.
• Need alertness and ability to think, act and react.
• Highly organized with an attention to detail.
• Need administrative skills to generate Job Site Safety Assessments and Billing Tickets, share them with customers so they understand the content; then get them processed.
• Need leadership skills, show up on time, communicate well to DigMasters management, DigMasters employees, and DigMasters customers. Perpetually perfect safety requires a leader.
• Ability and willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to pass security background clearance checks.
• Clean driving record.

Education & License:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid CLASS B commercial driver’s license with a good driving record and Tanker endorsement.
